To make positive Australia’s international schooling sector continues to grow, in December 2010, the Australian Government appointed the Honourable Michael Knight AO to review Australia’s student visa program. The document was submitted to the government on 30 June 2011 and includes 41 recommendations. The Australian immigration department (DIAC) has accepted all 41 recommendations, and designs to implement most of them within a time frame that allows key recommendations to come in to effect before second semester 2012.
